Prepare the Package
Securely pack the device in its original box, ensuring all cables, manuals, and components are included to avoid restocking fees.
Ship to UNIQ
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location for secure transit to our inspection center.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the device's condition and serial number, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
